Visual Strategy Intensive

 Visual Brand Direction Intensive

Let's work together to define a clear and cohesive vision for your brand's visual identity – ensuring that it captures your essence and communicates the right message about who you are and what you do best.

Let's work together to define and develop your brand's unique visual language and style – ensuring that it captures your essence and communicates the right message about who you are and what you do best.

Image isn’t everything – however, 93% of communication is non-verbal.

Visuals have the power to tell a story, communicate a message, communicate and simplify complex concepts.

They also have the power to give you dimension in the digital realm.

Each element - fonts, colors, etc need to work together as a cohesive unit (not my words) - together it all creates a vibe, plays a key role in how your audience reads and interprets your message (not mine).

You’re clear on who you are, who you serve, what you stand for, and what you do best – and you’re ready for your digital presence to visually reflect it.

Mismatch / Disconnect between who you are and how you show up in your photography

You’re ready to invest in things like a new logo, a photoshoot, new social collateral, and possibly even a new website – and you understand the value of having a cohesive image and visual language across each creative asset and touchpoint.

And while you do have a discerning eye (if you do say so yourself), you understand that in order to feel like your visuals truly reflect YOU, they need substance to back them up.. a raison d’etra,

They needs to be rooted in meaning - not just about LOOKING aesthetically pleasing/ cool (insert your own adjective).

You also already know that it’s important for these elements to be rooted in meaning/ aligned with you rather than just picking and choosing elements that align with what others are doing.

significance + meaning behind it.

And you’re smart - because you want to ensure that XYZ before you invest in bringing the individual elements to life.

You

You want a distinct visual style that feels like an effortless extension of who you are and what you’re all about - and you’re ready to invest in things like a (new) logo, photoshoot, maybe even a new website. The only problem is that you aren’t quite sure (yet) what it is that you want your brand’s visuals to say about you.

Me

I bring over 10 years of personal brand expertise + over 25 years of visual communication experience to the table.

An intuitive knack for seeing people, translating their essence.

What sets my approach to look and feel for visual brands apart (image consulting).

I marry together my extensive background and experience in graphic design, image consulting.

This means I’m considering things like:

You + Me

Questionnaire/ Assessment / Workbook to extract + distill the foundational elements of your brand.

We’ll get to the bottom of what you want to visually express through your brand.

Through that lens, we’ll look at how you’re currently showing up online and will identify what might need to be added or tweaked in order to improve upon your digital presence.

Take into account your one-of-a-kind personality, qualities, traits,

Translate your personality, vibe, desired perception

Helps to give you dimension in the digital space - allow for your perfect fit clients to be able to experience you - your energy in a way that can create a powerful connection.

During our time together, we’ll discuss and determine an overarching direction for your brand’s logo, typography, colors, and imagery (photography, texture and/or pattern).

I’ll follow up with a curated moodboard that includes visual references for the key pieces of your visual identity - both to give you a feel for how it can all look and feel as a cohesive whole but also to help to inform how the individual elements can be brought to life - whether you plan to DIY or delegate.

This ensures that your investment will be sound / nothing is left to chance or lost in translation.

Doing this before any design takes place can help to ensure alignment + cohesion.

Together, we'll meet for a 90-minute intensive to map out your brand's overarching look + feel – taking into account who you are, what you offer, and who you serve - in order to ensure that your visual expression exudes your essence and communicates your message.

I can make targeted recommendations according to your brand's visual language, voice, desired web platform and budget.

Backpocket followup session.

I also incorporate an additional 30 minute back-pocket session to use as desired within 1 month of the close of our engagement. This session is great for additional feedback, insight, or refinement as needed.

A bit more about what this looks like:

You fill out an in-depth questionnaire about you, your biz, your ideal clientele.

You also provide some visual references to give me a sense of your visual tastes.

Additionally, I intuitively tune in to you, your business to get a feel for your personality, essence or “vibe”. :)

I pull some initial visual references into a Pinterest Board and we meet for a 90 minute collaborative session to discuss, look at additional references, and begin to collectively cultivate a look and feel for your brand  -

This would mean pulling references to help to develop the overarching visual identity / look + feel of your brand - ie: color palettes, texture/ pattern, photography style, typography/ fonts, logo, etc.

The goal is to visually capture the essence of you (and what you do).

This engagement yields is a prescriptive moodboard that you can use to inform your colors, fonts, as well as is something you can hand to a logo designer, photographer, and even a website designer to ensure that your brand fully captures and expresses YOU.

From here - depending on the look and feel of the logo direction that we come up with -  I can help you find a suitable, budget-friendly logo designer. The moodboard and Pinterest board can be what you give to them to direct their efforts and ensure that what they build out aligns with the overall look and feel of your brand’s visual language.

The investment for this intensive is $1500
