  1. A calendar invitation for our initial session (which should include the Zoom Link within the cal invite itself).

    2. An email from “Paperbell” titled “{WELCOME} Looking forward to our work together“.

If you do not see one or both of these emails, please be sure to check in your junkmail and identify as “not junk”.

This is important as any and all courtesy reminders of our sessions will be sent through the “Paperbell” address.

If for any reason you have not received this message within 10 minutes of booking, please do be sure to let us know so that we can ensure that our communication channels are properly working.

Here, you will find everything that you'll need in order to prepare for our work together as well as to ensure that you get the most out of your experience.


CLIENT PORTAL ACCESS

You can access your Client Portal here at any time. using the email that you used to book this engagement with me.

This will enable you to:

  • Make new appointments

  • View or change existing appointments

  • See a complete history of appointments and purchases

BOOKING YOUR SESSION(S)

If you haven’t already booked your session(s), you can do so directly using your Client Portal using the email that you used to book this engagement with me. I do recommend booking time as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. If you don’t see a time that suits, please reach out to let us know and we can see what we might be able to shuffle around in order to accommodate.


RESCHEDULING YOUR SESSION(S)

If you need to reschedule a session, please be sure to do so at least 24 hours prior to your session. You can do so directly via the Client Portal using the email that you used to book this engagement with me.


PREPPING FOR YOUR SESSION(S)

If there are any documents or materials that you would like for me to review prior to our session(s), please send them to me directly at sarah@public-persona.com at least 24 hours prior to our session to ensure that I have ample time to review and prepare. As a general note, if you plan to share Google Documents, Pinterest board(s), etc please send them to me via email (vs. sending directly through each respective app) in order to ensure that I receive them as sometimes those app-generated messages can get lost or unintentionally overlooked.


ZOOM LINK

At your scheduled session time, we will meet via Zoom. You can access our meeting directly via this LINK.

The link should also be accessible via the Calendar Invitation provided directly to you upon booking your session(s).

After our session, you will generally receive a recording of our session (typically within 24 business hours) via email.


VOXER ACCESS

As part of this engagement, you will also have access to me in between our two session(s) via Voxer for follow-up insights, support, questions, feedback that may arise in between.

My office hours are generally 10am - 6pm ET.
