You can set your browser to notify you if cookies are received, or set up your browser to not accept cookies.

Public-Persona.com may collect some other personally identifying information about your transaction in a non-identifiable format and combine it with other non-identifiable information, to be analyzed only at an aggregate level for marketing purposes.

How Do You Unsubscribe?

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can opt-out or unsubscribe by clicking on the link in any email Public-Persona.com sends to you. Note: if you opt-out of receiving the emails of a Program, it will be difficult for you to continue to participate.

How Does Public-Persona.com Protect Your Information?

Public-Persona.com uses various security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information, including hosting your data on a secure server and/or a third-party password-protected, secure service. Any third party secure service Public-Persona.com uses to host your data will keep your information confidential, will not sell or share your information, and will not contact you directly. Public-Persona.com uses a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe or PayPal, at your choice) to process any credit card payments, as described above. If you choose to use PayPal to pay for a purchase, they hold your credit card and/or bank information per their agreement with you. If your credit card number or expiration date is updated, your bank may update Stripe or PayPal automatically to process future payments; we do not have control over any such updates.

Public-Persona.com will also release your information as required by law or if necessary to protect Public-Persona.com's legal rights, to comply with a judicial proceeding or court order, to prevent threats to others or illegal activities, or to prevent abuse of Public-Persona.com.

Circumstances may arise where Public-Persona.com may decide to sell, buy, merge, or otherwise reorganize the business in the United States or elsewhere, or where Public-Persona.com may decide to share, rent, buy, or sell business assets for reorganizing, developing, or expanding the business. It is Public-Persona.com's policy to seek appropriate protection for information in these types of transactions. If the Public-Persona.com assets or the entire company is acquired, then the lists of personally identifiable information and other contact information will likely be one of the assets acquired.
