The Future Selfie PHOTOSHOOT Experience is divided into 3 parts

Part 1 –  The Preparatory Workshop Series

The Future Selfie experience begins with a comprehensive, guided 2-part Workshop focused on preparing and planning for your photoshoot from start to finish, top to bottom.  I’ll be there with you to provide inspiration, insights, guidance, feedback and support within a dedicated Hotseat session as well as within a private Facebook Group throughout our time together.

Our Focus will be on the following areas:

1- Elevating and aligning your image

Dreaming into your Future Self and how she’ll show up in this next level, we’ll work to develop 2-4 strong head-to-toe, on-camera looks for you.

We’ll briefly discuss aligning your personal style with your brand – specifically through the lens of what will translate well on-camera, covering basic elements like silhouette, texture, pattern, color, and accessories.

We’ll also cover on-camera hair and makeup.

Bonus: The work that we do here may very well inspire an updated “off-camera” look - I have seen this happen to my clients more times than I can count…

2- Shot List Development

With your Future Self and uplevelled brand in mind, we’ll work to develop 4-5 distinctive, concept-driven vignettes that will artfully tell your story, communicate your unique value, and exude your essence.

We’ll pre-determine details for each shot –   including aligned wardrobe, props –  all captured in your Photoshoot Shotlist to guide you on your big day so you just have to show up and smile.

Friday october 22

This intimate and empowering preparatory retreat in Washington D.C. is designed to get you fully primed and ready to step up and into the shoes of your Future Self and onto the set of the photoshoot –  mentally, physically and energetically…

The Kickoff Soiree

We’ll kick things off October 21st with an intimate early-evening soiree where you’ll be invited to “act as if”, showing up as your Future Self. Consider it to be the ultimate “dress rehearsal” for your big day in front of the camera…

The FULL DAY RETREAT + WORKSHOP

Then, spend a full day priming and preparing yourself for your next level - mentally, physically and energetically.

We’ll be doing some work around helping you to find your best angles (literally) as well as will discuss developing your “on-set mindset” to ensure that your expressions and body language send the right message…

All to ensure that you are ready to “give good face” - showing up with confidence, and maximizing your impact as well as your time in front of the camera.

We’ll then seamlessly segue into a transformational journey featuring Breathwork, Energy work, immersive visualizations and exercises - all designed to activate your Future Self and allow you to effortlessly embody and emanate her energy and confidence “on set” (and beyond).

Part 3 - The Photoshoot Experience

Saturday, October 23

You’ll be whisked away to an impressive, professional photo studio, receive a professional hair and makeup treatment by runway-seasoned artists, and then step in front of the camera as the most powerful expression of who you are: Your Future Self.

Your essence and expression is beautifully captured by a high-end editorial photography team.

And Sarah (ahem, moi) is right there with you, to direct you and to serve as your mirror – ensuring that you embody and exude the essence, energy, and image we’ve intentionally and authentically cultivated so that your images make you feel empowered, emboldened, and resonate strategically with your ideal clientele.

Following the shoot, we’ll share a glamorous and celebratory “clink” to our success to close out our experience together - but this won’t be the end of our experience.

We’ll reconvene in the Facebook Group once you receive your selects and I’ll review with you the process of selection, the basics of retouching, and what’s possible in the way of post-production so that your final selected photos will be immaculately calibrated to match your (uplevelled) brand.

- The knowledge to plan and prep for future photoshoots (as well as a shotlist template and guide to reuse for your own purposes as needed).

*5 fully retouched images are included in the package (approximately one per vignette). However, You will be able to purchase additional images if desired post-shoot – approx. $50 per image.

The immediate area is also perfect for pre and post photoshoot - full of amazing restaurants, bars, shops (especially amazing for any last-minute wardrobe / prop needs, nail salon, etc.) and is metro accessible should you wish to venture off into DC for sightseeing.
